Misleading
Well the idea is great, but when ordering this item it does not inform you that the Cylinder needs to be a custom fit cylinder. It also does not tell you that you will need to buy another custom cylinder for about 100.00 to fit over your penis and scrotum and that this 2nd cylinder is the one that you will actually benefit from when alternating the 2 cylinders using the 1st for 15 minutes then using the 2nd cylinder for 15 minutes each time you use them.

Totally awesome pump for the money
The pump is great, big and long enough solid constucted tube. I love the penis pump, i can easily work my penis in the pump, and great instructions on how to use the pump. I can feel results already, and i have been using the pump for 3 times a week, for the last 5 weeks. I'm very happy with this awesome penis pump.

Horrible
How is a man's penis suppose to be sunctioned into this device if there's no suction sleeve??? I tried it and I'm wondering where's the suction, even if I press down, there's no suction. When I called customer service it sounded like someone working from home working the switchboard. Don't waste your money on this.

I'm thicker!
Been using the pump since late Oct 06 and my wife's noticed an increased thickness already - especially within hours after pumping. (but even the next day too) Unless you want your part of your sack sucked into the cylinder, pick up some rubber sleeves - I did and I'm GLAD I did. I also found it helps to wear a c-ring over my balls. If I keep noticing improvement in the girth, I'll definitely be ordering the 2nd sleeve to see what it can do for length.

OK item but you are paying for the name
This item is ok however the exact same pump I got with the kit was not the one in the picture, It was the one that you get wiht all the other pump kits for half the price. It was a good pump but the tube was way too small. I returned it for a different item. If you want to buy a pump for 100 bucks buy the pro-kzec or what ever, it comes with a ALL METAL PUMP (not cheap plastic), 3 silicon rings, a big tube, and a nice carrying case. A pump is a pump, dr. kaplan hasnt done anythign special accept send it to the fda for approval.

Pretty good
Ive already gained an inch in a month so i have to buy the second tube...thats the only real downfall you have to buy another tube but its pretty cheap. Easy clean up and my wife and girlfriend love the results

Can't complain
The pump broke on the first one I was sent, but I sent it back and received one that was a little better constructed. Since purchasing about 4 months ago, I have shown some progress. I went from 7.5 to 7.75 in length and from 4.5 to almost 5.25 around. Hopefully it keeps working. I would like to have a monster to shock and amaze someday. lol.
