In Awe...Until!!!
Yes, I was in awe of the size and girth that it gave me, as I am no small man...I went from the smallest ring to the largest one in a short period of time, as I did have a exercise routine and time for normal growth...As I went from a huge thickness of 2'more around and a 2'in length...Yes I know this may seem to extravangent, but we are all built differently and grow differently as well...Anyways, my point is that being my first pump I was impressed and so where my lady friends...Then it happened, The BULB Ripped!!!...I was cautious as anyone and No I did not pump in order for my sac to go in there as well,If you do that you have gone to far as it is a Penis Pump not a Penis an Ball sac pump...All In all, I was impressed as I was on my way to a full 12' until your design flaw stopped me...I know AE is sending me another one, but I just don't feel it anymore...Maybe after a few pumps, SHE will LOL...May need to make adjustments before using again...

Didn't work at all for me
After reading all the reviews and seeing that this product was one of the better products to choose from, I didn't see any results in length or girth as stated by any review. I am also able to achieve harder erections on my own than this pump was able to supply. I used it for a 2 weeks straight, twice if not 3 times a day and got nowhere with it. Product materials were sturdy but there was no performance factors for me. Opinion: buy something else with your money.

Happy Camper
I give this 4 stars, My wife and I had fun with the pump, at first she was all giggley but after she saw what the results were it was party time. It has strong construction well design, Instruction would help first timers, and just take your time and have fun. Thnks AE

Works Great
Picked this one because i heard how much it sucks it hit the end of the tube on the short ones this provides plenty of suction and with the 3 different size rings its sure to fit any of us larger guys i doubled up the rings for a little more suction holding power and my first time was very pleased with it and have been notice more and more and so has she.

Just didn't see an "increase"
Sure it plumbed it up a bit, but it was swollen more than anything else and not hard enough. I say this would be the thing for someone that has trouble getting it up, not for increasing size.

Good and Big
This is my first pump. I wasn't even sure if I wanted one, but I ended up trying it. I got this one because all the other pumps are only 7inches or less. This one is 12. Which is good, I need more room. it's very durable so far, but you need to use 2 of the rings at once to hold the pressure in. Overall I'm satisfied.

Wow
I'm new to the pump game but i have always wanted to try have only had it for about two and i already see a difference in girth i had to switch rings already i started with the 1st of three that it comes with and now that is way too small i'm on the second one and already see that not lasting too long all i'm waiting to see is a major length gain so far just about a half inch in length but that wwith regular pumping and a few lengthing exercises but no pills

Good for the needin
I've been using this pump for half a year now. THe sleeves stretch too easy past its restraint and tend to rip, so make sure your size gits the ring perfect. That's my only compliant really, and the suction is not the greatest, but that can be good for safty reasons. I don't recommend this pump for short term WOW, cause the erection extrordinare goes away fast. But, if you are trying for perminent growth, this is the one! In 6 months I've went from 5.7"length 5" around, to 6.7" length 5.7" around, this on normal erection. I only use the pump every 4 days for about 30mins. I use enhancement pills to help with bloodflow and lock. WHen I pump it up, I go 7" long easy.. but it goes away right after. This pump is great to SLOWLY train up. I'm about to buy more sleeves now.

advice
If this pump is not giving you enough suction try puttin two or all three of the rings on my husband did and now he loves it!!

Really BIG
the pump works good, but the sleeves/rings did not create the greatest seal. what is needed is a sleeve/ring that expands as you pump, providing a good seal. Not for the small, remember to measure from the top when considering to buy this product, I measured from the underside, and assumed the other pumps here would not allow for growth....... yet thus far I've noticed improvements, have gone from 6.5" - 8.0" in about a month, needed to make a few modifications/additions to the sleeves to prevent the gonads from getting sucked in, but all in all a pretty good pump, and I've almost reached the point where I will be able to use the sleeves provided.
