sizing is misleading
it is a great pruduct but the sizing is wrong. it says it fits a 48 inch waist but it fits around your hips.. so measure the largest part of your hips first.

Great, but not comfy for the giver.
This is a really great item, hits just the right spot when receiving. However if you are wearing this, the base that is up against your pelvic bone needs padding. First time wearing and giving, I was not able to concentrate and enjoy anything because I was holding back from screaming in pain. After sticking a sock in between the base and myself it works much better.
