Minimum adequacy!
This thing is flimsy. It takes a ton of lube to get any "motion". It tears easily, too. Since it was my first, it took some getting use to it, but have learn to work it ok. It's not really worth the money.

Don't waste your money.
Ok, I'm typically the one who will go ahead and try things, even if there's a few bad reviews... so I went ahead and bought this thing. It *arrived* already tearing down the middle. It has to be the worst kind of material for the job. Super easy to tear. Seriously, I highly do not recommend it. I'm just turning around and sending it right back.
