Good and Big
This is my first pump. I wasn't even sure if I wanted one, but I ended up trying it. I got this one because all the other pumps are only 7inches or less. This one is 12. Which is good, I need more room. it's very durable so far, but you need to use 2 of the rings at once to hold the pressure in. Overall I'm satisfied.

Wow
I'm new to the pump game but i have always wanted to try have only had it for about two and i already see a difference in girth i had to switch rings already i started with the 1st of three that it comes with and now that is way too small i'm on the second one and already see that not lasting too long all i'm waiting to see is a major length gain so far just about a half inch in length but that wwith regular pumping and a few lengthing exercises but no pills

Good for the needin
I've been using this pump for half a year now. THe sleeves stretch too easy past its restraint and tend to rip, so make sure your size gits the ring perfect. That's my only compliant really, and the suction is not the greatest, but that can be good for safty reasons. I don't recommend this pump for short term WOW, cause the erection extrordinare goes away fast. But, if you are trying for perminent growth, this is the one! In 6 months I've went from 5.7"length 5" around, to 6.7" length 5.7" around, this on normal erection. I only use the pump every 4 days for about 30mins. I use enhancement pills to help with bloodflow and lock. WHen I pump it up, I go 7" long easy.. but it goes away right after. This pump is great to SLOWLY train up. I'm about to buy more sleeves now.

advice
If this pump is not giving you enough suction try puttin two or all three of the rings on my husband did and now he loves it!!

Really BIG
the pump works good, but the sleeves/rings did not create the greatest seal. what is needed is a sleeve/ring that expands as you pump, providing a good seal. Not for the small, remember to measure from the top when considering to buy this product, I measured from the underside, and assumed the other pumps here would not allow for growth....... yet thus far I've noticed improvements, have gone from 6.5" - 8.0" in about a month, needed to make a few modifications/additions to the sleeves to prevent the gonads from getting sucked in, but all in all a pretty good pump, and I've almost reached the point where I will be able to use the sleeves provided.

Does the job well
Have been using for about a week now, and the only problem I have found so far is once the suction gets to its end you can't pump anymore. That is probably a good thing.

The BIG ONE
My wife and I used this on me one night. It was quite entertaining and it felt pretty good to get instant wood. My wife was amused and kept repeating the process. It was fun. Realistically though, this thing is more of a novelty than anything. First of all it's absolutely huge. Silly huge! I'm a definite 7 incher but this thing is much bigger than needed. I'm guessing much bigger than 98 percent of men need. Ridiculous. I would buy something more human sized next time. Oh, and guys, these things won't make you longer. Maybe bigger around (temporarliy) but not longer. There is a lot of hype about these things.

great product.....but....
my hubby loved this the only problem was that it was the wrong size.this was the first one we've ever bought so we didn't know anything about what we were looking for.we went to big to begin with.

Not convinced these things work
Bought this and the precision pump and not convinced it made any difference other than sucking down really tight against my pelvis making me look longer. Your head does look fatter inside the cylinder but after releasing the suction, back to normal. Sorry but just not impressed. My wife was already happy but like your typical guy I wouldn't mind being bigger.

need a bigger ring
I bought this for my husband because he wanted to try it out. It made it bigger but he said that even the XL ring was too tight around his member.
